Welcome to the 2012 Joint International Conference (2012 Pre-Olympic Congress). The
Conference is a primary international annual forum for scientists and
technicians. In 2008, 2009, 2010，2011,
the conference was held in Nanjing (China),
Manchester (England,
UK),
Phuket(Thailand), etc. 3319 papers were published in the proceedings by
Conference Publishing Services (CPS) and World Academic Press of WAU,
respectively. Most of papers in 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 Proceedings are
indexed in ISTP, EI Engineering Village, respectively. The 2012 conference
will be a confederation of 3 main conferences.

The proceedings will be
published by Conference Publishing Services, World Academic Press,
respectively. The proceedings will
be delivered for ISTP and EI citation / index.
The 2012 Pre-Olympic Congress will be held at
Liverpool on 24-25 July 2012, just before London2012 Olympic Games (Please note: London2012
Olympic Games starts from the evening of 27th July.)
Liverpool is 50 minz away from Manchester
Airport by direct train, and two
hours from London
by train.
