Authors are encouraged to submit papers by following the paper template in Submissions Website. Selected extended full papers will be recommended to publish on relating journals including Journal of Information and Computing Science World Journal of Modelling and Simulation International Journal of Nonlinear Science etc. Notice: In 2008, 2009 conference, 1030 + 1182 papers are published in the proceedings by CPS and World Academic Press of WAU, respectively. All papers in the 2008 Proceedings and the 2009 Proceedings (Set B) are indexed in ISTP, and all papers in the 2009 Proceedings (Set A) are indexed in EI Engineering Village, IEEE Xplore^TM, the IEEE Computer Society (CSDL) digital libraries.
