In 2008, 2009, the conference was held in Nanjing (China), Manchester (England, UK), 1030 + 1182 papers are published in the proceedings by CPS and World Academic Press of WAU, respectively. All papers in the 2008 Proceedings and the 2009 Proceedings (Set B) are indexed in ISTP, and all papers in the 2009 Proceedings (Set A) are indexed in EI Engineering Village, IEEE Xplore^TM, the IEEE Computer Society (CSDL) digital libraries. The 2010 conference will be a confederation of 3 main conferences with one day visiting TO THE WORLD EXPO.
