Submissions
The proposal of speech (submission form) should
be submitted by Dec. 20 2008.
Authors who would like to publish their paper in the
printed hardcover proceedings, should submit the full paper with submission form for
review by Dec. 20, 2008 in Word format. Only original papers that have not
been published or submitted for publication elsewhere will be considered,
written in English, should be no more than 4 pages, Please submit your

paper reference number will be replied to you within 10 work days. Please
contact us to enquire if you would not receive our response email after 10
work days.
